We have purchased 6 rental houses with Jenny's help and have always found her to be very knowledgeable of every aspect in buying and more than willing to work with us in our ideas of any property we are interested in. She considers our budget but isn't afraid to suggest something that is a little more because she thinks we might like it and in fact that has happened. She is patient in explaining things we don't understand and while we try to make up our minds. I would recommend her to anyone, I think she is a great realtor and a good friend.

We have had an occasion or two where we couldn't reach her as quickly as my husband wanted to, but he has no patience. She is usually available or calls back quickly if we have to leave a voice mail.
